It’s a competition that will allow the athlete to measure his/her level of fitness during the month of Ramadan.

RULES

Rule #1

The workouts and a demonstration video will be posted each Wednesday on  Stamina website, Instagram and FB page 

Rule #2

The athletes will have 3 days to complete the 2 workouts (Friday – Saturday -Sunday) and upload your videos on Stamina website . The deadline to upload the video is the first Monday of each week. We recommend using WODProof to record your video

Rule #3

Each video will be verified by a judge of your choice. The judge will check the video and movements, if the athletes passes, his/her time will be submitted. The fastest time of the 8 workouts will win

This week's Challenge (6th of May)

RX workout #1

 10 rounds of:

  • 10 push ups
  • 20 lunges (2*1)
  • 30 Leg raises

Scale workout #1

3 rounds of:

  • 20 leg raises
  • 20 squates
  • 20 no pushup burpees

RX workout #2

  • 50 Hand Release burpees- 50 situps
  • 40 Hand Release burpees- 40 situps
  • 30 Hand Release burpees- 30 situps
  • 20 Hand Release burpees- 20 situps
  • 10 Hand Release burpees- 10 situps

Scale workout #2

3 rounds of:

  • 20 knee tucks
  • 20 drop squats
  • 20 russian twist (2*1)
  • 20 high knee run (2*1)
