It’s a competition that will allow the athlete to measure his/her level of fitness during the month of Ramadan.

RULES
Rule #1
The workouts and a demonstration video will be posted each Wednesday on Stamina website, Instagram and FB page
Rule #2
The athletes will have 3 days to complete the 2 workouts (Friday – Saturday -Sunday) and upload your videos on Stamina website . The deadline to upload the video is the first Monday of each week. We recommend using WODProof to record your video
Rule #3
Each video will be verified by a judge of your choice. The judge will check the video and movements, if the athletes passes, his/her time will be submitted. The fastest time of the 8 workouts will win

- 20 knee tucks
- 20 drop squats
- 20 russian twist (2*1)
- 20 high knee run (2*1)
